Overview

Excel Reader is an application developed by Zestyco. It connects to your Google Drive via Google OAuth, reads a designated Excel file, analyzes its data, and stores the processed results in Zestyco's secure database to power your application.

Data We Access

When you authorize Excel Reader, we access the following data:

Google Drive (read-only) — access to a single designated Excel file that you have been directed to share with this application.
Google Account basic profile — your name and email address, used solely for authentication via Google OAuth.

We do not access any other files or data in your Google Drive.

How We Use This Data

The data we access is used solely to:

Read and parse the designated Excel file from your Google Drive.
Analyze the file's contents for use in your application.
Store the processed data in Zestyco's secure database to power the features of your application.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond what is described above.

Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

Excel Reader's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

We only use Google user data for the purposes described in this policy.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service.
We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you have given us explicit permission to do so, or it is necessary for security or legal compliance.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Your data is accessible only to authorized Zestyco developers managing your application and the application itself.

Data Retention

Processed data derived from your Excel file is stored in Zestyco's database for the duration of your client engagement. The raw content of your Excel file is not persistently stored after processing is complete. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Security

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect data stored in our systems, including access controls and encrypted storage where applicable.

Children's Privacy

This application is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
