These Terms of Service govern your use of Excel Reader, an application developed and operated by Zestyco (https://zestyco.in).

Acceptance of Terms

By authorizing Excel Reader through Google OAuth, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the application.

Description of Service

Excel Reader connects to your Google Drive via Google OAuth to read a single designated Excel file. It analyzes the file's contents and stores the processed data in Zestyco's secure database to power your application. The service is provided to authorized clients of Zestyco and is not available to the general public.

User Responsibilities

You must have the right to share the designated Excel file and its contents with Zestyco for the purposes described herein.
You must not use the application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
You are responsible for revoking the application's Google Drive access at any time through your Google Account permissions if you no longer wish to use the service.

Data Use

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we access, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Intellectual Property

The Excel Reader application, including its underlying systems and software, is owned by Zestyco. The Excel file and all data contained within it remain the property of you or your organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zestyco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Excel Reader application.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
